As each folder or file link is selected, users have access to whatever functionality they are authorized to use on that particular folder or file.
FileDex functionality includes managing folder access; adding, editing, deleting folders and files; and posting associated comments. Each user's view of the folder structure and file access is tailored to individual permission levels.
